About the project

Zargoon was an immersive theatrical project based on the legend of Aladdin, created for a show in Kuwait and Qatar. As a senior environment artist, I worked on several interactive scenes designed to sync with live performances on stage. One key sequence featured a cave filling with water, where a physical flying carpet entered the stage while the LED screen showed the cave moving, simulating flight as the actors were carried out. Another scene featured digital fireworks triggered in sync with a live dance, accompanied by 2D animations mirroring the dancers’ choreography. A rich and technically ambitious project blending stagecraft with digital art.
