About the project
For the Yo Gabba Gabbaland project, produced at Dimension Studios and DNEG, I worked as an environment artist. It was a particularly rewarding experience, especially due to the unique approach taken for the sets. To achieve a handcrafted visual style, the decorators built a physical set, and the props were scanned using photogrammetry. These assets were then imported into Unreal Engine, where we recreated the entire environment. The result is a distinctive, handcrafted look that blends real-world textures with digital precision.
